Coach Rick Barry is an NBA and ABA legend. Both a Naismith Memorial Hall of Famer and a College Basketball Hall of Famer, he is widely considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time. Named one of the 50 Greatest Players in History by the NBA in 1996, Barry is the only player to lead the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), ABA and NBA in scoring for an individual season. 

At the time of his retirement in 1980, Barry's .900 free throw percentage ranked him first in NBA history. He scored more than 25,000 points in his professional career and averaged over 30 points in four different seasons. He was named to 12 All-Star teams, four All-NBA First Teams and five All-ABA First Teams.
