Scalabrine Returns As Ball Hogs Captain With New Additions Spencer Hawes and Leandro Barbosa

After a rough start in the BIG3, the Ball Hogs look to bounce back in the new season. Newcomer and former NBA champion, Leandro Barbosa, will join Head Coach Rick Barry and the Hogs. The fast-paced Brazilian has quick hands on the defensive end and can blow by the defender on the offensive floor. Barbosa will play alongside fan favorite and Captain, Brian Scalabrine. 

Also new to this year’s roster is NBA veteran and BIG3 newcomer Spencer Hawes. The seven-footer should be a tough cover as he can step out away from the basket and shoot the ball from range.

If the ball hogs can add a couple of nice pieces in next month’s draft, they look poised for their best season yet.
