The hyper-versatile Devin Ebanks will make his BIG3 debut this summer as a member of Tri State. After two years at West Virginia, Ebanks was drafted by the Lakers with the 43rd overall pick in the 2010 draft. After three years with the Lakers, Ebanks spent time in the G-League before playing internationally in Israel, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Europe, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
Standing at a solid 6’9 with good athleticism and an astonishing wingspan, Ebanks can impact the game in almost every way imaginable. He can slash to the basket, scoop up rebounds, and switch onto any opponent on defense. He’s improved his three-point shot over the years, and now it’s something defenders have to respect.
Versatility is key in FIREBALL3, so don’t be surprised if Ebanks fits in nicely with Tri State’s collection of high-caliber wings.
