In 2022, Stewart showed that he’s as talented as any guard in the BIG3. After a stunning Week 2 performance against Bivouac that saw him make some huge plays down the stretch, Stewart earned himself an invite to join the New Orleans Pelicans’ Summer League squad.
The former USC standout and sharpshooter made his BIG3 debut as Enemies’ co-captain in 2021, hoping to supplement fellow USC alum and team Captain Nick Young’s scoring prowess. Stewart, who ended his career with the Trojans as the school’s all time leader in 3-point field goals made (245), had some memorable moments at USC, including his game-winning basket against SMU in the 2017 NCAA tournament.
The small forward spent the 2018-19 season in the G League, playing for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants and Wisconsin Herd. He has also played professionally in Finland and Poland.
In his first BIG3 season, Stewart had little trouble filling it up. He scored a team-high 17.2 points per game, and shot a blistering 44.4% from beyond the arc.
